But that’s not You!

Female leaders are less likely to rise to top-tier leadership positions, less likely to invest in themselves, and less likely to make the same as male counterparts.

Why did I make The Circle

What is The Circle?

When Women Leaders Invest in Themselves and Grow

Everyone Wins.

“Kirsten is a leader who.. holds herself and others accountable to high standards, asks smart questions and creates an atmosphere of possibilities. A leader to follow.”

— Cathy S., OTD

“Kirsten is the consummate challenging encourager…or is she an encouraging challenger!? HA!”

— Mary O., CEO

“When Kirsten walks into the room her mere presence invites more from those around her. I know I am capable of more, worthy of more, and have achieved so much more because of her.”

— Becki R., Senior VP
